Dr. Lazarowich

Dr. Lazarowich received his Doctorate in Chiropractic from the National University of Health Sciences where he also earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology. While studying, Dr. Lazarowich was President of the Association of Complementary Therapeutics and also instructed Hatha yoga. He also holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Windsor, and is a member of The American Chiropractic Association & The Illinois Chiropractic Society.

Dr. Lazarowich has been serving the North Center community since 2000. He has expertise in many joint and muscle techniques including diversified adjustments, muscle stretching and training and rehabilitation. He has a great interest in running, cycling and swimming, and has helped many area athletes.  A triathlete, Dr. Lazarowich knows personally the rigors of amateur athletic training programs and takes pride in his success at advising his patients on techniques which will help them achieve their fitness goals for a lifetime.

The birth of his son in 2007 (and corresponding pregnancy of his wife) gave him an added perspective into the unique needs of back care during pregnancy and nursing. His practice serves general and pre-natal chiropractic and massage therapy needs for injury repair, prevention and general health.

In addition to serving his patients' back and neck health needs, Dr. Lazarowich has published articles on injury prevention and is a sought out speaker on general wellness topics.  He has given lectures on proper lifting techniques for injury prevention to local senior citizens and parents groups.

He takes pride in supporting local schools, and is a member of local non-profit organizations including the Neighborhood Parents Network, Chicago Area Runners Association and Chicago Vintage Motorcyclists. Dr. Lazarowich can frequently be seen riding or running on the Lakefront path and enjoys sailing, motorcycling and playing super-heroes with his son.
